Tamagotchi Ring Virtual Pet Becomes Wearable
Bandai has introduced the Tamagotchi ring, a tiny wearable version of the classic digital pet that sits directly on your finger. Measuring around 28mm × 23mm, it features a colour LCD screen while keeping the familiar Tamagotchi experience of feeding, caring for and playing with your virtual pet.
There are three designs: Pink & Pearl White, Light Blue & Metallic Gold, and Black & Metallic Silver. Depending on how you care for your character, you can raise more than 30 different Tamagotchi characters, with secret characters also possible.
The ring is currently being offered in Japan for ¥7,700 (£ 36), with orders open until 6 October 2026. Deliveries are scheduled from February 2027, with later orders scheduled for April.
